How can I apply for Residential/Community supports with Sea Care?

If you or your loved one want to live in a community residential setting with Sea Care, LLC, you should first contact your DDDS Family Support Specialist. They will discuss the community living options and provide the information you need to get started.


I already have a letter from DDDS informing me that I am eligible for residential community placement.  What do I do now?

Congratulations! The first step is to choose a provider agency to provide residential supports.  Sea Care, LLC would love to provide these supports and we will be honored to meet with you, to present our programs and answer any questions that you have.  We can be reached at 302-381-5224 or 302-933-0406.  Call anytime to arrange a meet and greet!


I live in my own home or with family members and I only need help with shopping, banking and I would love to have someone accompany me on special outings.  Does Sea Care, LLC provide this type of service?

Yes!  Sea Care, LLC offers drop in supports to individuals living in their own home or with family members.  To qualify for these services, you will need to contact your DDDS Family Support Specialist to determine eligibility.  Once you are approved, you can contact Sea Care, LLC and we will meet with you to discuss the supports you desire.  The number of drop in support hours vary and can be discussed with your DDDS Family Support Specialist.
